Daniel Chatchou is the President and Founder of DC Sports Agency.
​
DC Sports Agency was established by Mr. Chatchou following a successful professional playing career across four continents—North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.
He is responsible for managing the daily operations of DC Sports Agency, collaborating with WNBA and international team executives, and providing expertise in recruiting, scouting, player development, and contract negotiations. Mr. Chatchou has worked with numerous NBA players, including Joakim Noah, Alex Kirk, Camron Barstow, Anthony Bennett, and Manu Lecomte, as well as NBA G-League athletes such as Alexis Wangmene, a 2022 Austin Spurs draft pick, and Jared Sam of the Fort Wayne Mad Ants and Indiana Pacers, a 2019 draft selection. Additionally, he has represented several players throughout the WNBA Draft process.

During the 2017–2018 season, Mr. Chatchou served as a lead coach within the Los Angeles Clippers Jr. NBA program and youth basketball team. He also supported the Agua Caliente Clippers, the NBA G-League affiliate of the Los Angeles Clippers, as an assistant coach, focusing on player development during practices and game preparation.
In the fall of 2020, Mr. Chatchou was appointed as an assistant women's basketball and player development coach at Temple College in Texas.

Prior to his professional basketball career, Mr. Chatchou earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Spanish from Northern New Mexico College. Although he went undrafted in the 2014 NBA Draft, he participated in private workouts with the Austin Spurs, the NBA G-League affiliate of the San Antonio Spurs. He is recognized as the first player from his school to advance to the professional level. Mr. Chatchou is fluent in five languages: French, English, Spanish, and two African dialects.
