OUR SERVICES
PLAYER REPRESENTATION
DC Sports Agency currently represents over 50 professional athletes across international leagues and NIL platforms. Our roster includes players from 20+ nationalities and national team athletes competing in the EuroLeague, EuroCup, WNBA and other top leagues worldwide.
Our FIBA-, NBPA- and WNBPA-certified agents provide strategic career management, international placement and long-term development planning - ensuring every athlete is positioned for sustainable success on and off the court.
SCOUTING & DRAFT PREPARATION
We prepare athletes for the next level.
Through collaboration with elite scouts, trainers and player development coaches, we guide prospects from exposure to draft readiness. Our approach combines performance evaluation, strategic positioning and professional branding to maximize draft potential.
We are committed to creating equal opportunities and advancing gender equity across all levels of the game.
CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS
We negotiate with clarity, leverage and long-term perspective.
Whether in the WNBA, NBA G League, FIBA leagues or NIL agreements, we structure contracts that protect our athletes' value while maximizing earning potential and career flexibility.
Beyond the deal, we focus on career strategy, endorsement alignment and long-term planning - including post-career transitions.
MARKETING REPRESENTATION
An athlete's brand is more than visibility - its leverage.
We built strategic brand partnerships tailored to each client's identity and goals. From social media management and content development to creative design and sponsorship activation, we can help athletes grow their influence and commercial value.
What our players have to say
Cassidy Mihalko
Eurocup player, five-year pro, Lithuania league legend
“Working with DC Sports has been one of the best decisions of my career. Daniel takes care of everything so that I can solely focus on basketball and always makes it a priority to come support me in person. I really appreciate his communication and that he checks on me throughout the season, not only as a client but also as a friend. Overall, I’m super thankful to be a part of the DC Sports family!"
